At the end of last year, the National Antibiotic Committee (NAC) published (on a trial basis) two prescription pads for upper respiratory tract infections: one for delayed antibiotic prescribing as well as another for symptomatic medication in viral illnesses that would not require antibiotic treatment. These were posted to doctors with a registered Maltese postal address.

Digital copies of the two pads can be found at: https://deputyprimeminister.gov.mt/en/nac/Pages/Information-for-Healthcare-Professionals.aspx

If you are a practising specialist in family medicine or paediatrician, we would be grateful for your help to help us gauge the impact of this initiative. To this end, we would like to ask you to answer the following short survey, which should not take more than a couple of minutes to complete.

The survey can be accessed at::

Thank you so much for your help and feedback.
