The wide range of dermoscopy starts with different useful instruments. Special interests will be about the areas of the use of dermoscopy, indication, skin tumors, the need of the knowledge of the excision rate (malignant versus benign), follow-up of skin tumors, inflammatory skin disease, trichoscopy and onychoscopy. Visional ideas and questions will close this presentation.
